We have made good progress on the planning of our next building, 2020-02. The building is designed with several different types of tenant in mind.

 

In this building, individual tenants will be able to tailor the premises to suit their own needs. Further, we will be able to offer buildings for one single tenant, if so desired.

You decide

Our tenants can be involved in choosing the standard and customisations. The buildings will be constructed with flexible internal solutions. Whether you are a small or a large business is not important. We will create the solution you are looking for: cellular offices, open plan offices, plenty of meeting rooms or quiet rooms. Our buildings can satisfy most needs. The standard of the areas can also be selected according to your preferences. The areas are supplied to medium plus standard, but upgrades are entirely possible upon request.
